We've been anticipating the arrival of the Ram 1500 EcoDiesel -- and speculating about what it means for the pickup market -- for months. On paper, the truck seems to make perfect sense: The 3.0-liter V6 in the 1500 EcoDiesel returns 23 mpg combined (20 city/28 highway) while producing 240 hp and 420 lb-ft of torque. After taking it for a spin, the $30,465 base price didn't seem too bad, either.
A new Lamborghini Gallardo is being teased on video ahead of a debut at the 2012 Paris Motor Show. Lamborghini made a promise that it would bring a new car to every major motor show, and the 2012 Paris Motor Show is most definitely a ‘major’ motor show. General Motors Co. said Tuesday it will invest more than $230 million in four plants around Flint, Mich., to help build the 2011 Chevrolet Cruze compact and the Chevrolet Volt plug-in hybrid sedan. The move will restore about 500 jobs, GM said in a statement.
